lpcc Kids

Our vision is to see children grow God's way and point others to Jesus Christ. We nurture that growth from the earliest age by reinforcing God's great big love for them through fun, bible-based methods that encourage kids to talk with God, live like Jesus, and stay connected to Him throughout their lives. 

Our caring, screened, and trained staff and volunteers are excited to guide and share in these God connecting moments with children and their families. We can't wait to see you and be a help to the parents and guardians who hold the responisiblity of growing kids God's way.

The Jesus Jungle :: Nursery for children up to 2 years of age. 

Expect a clean, safe and staffed nursery.

  • The nursery opens it door 30 minutes prior to the start of all our services.
  • Our infant/crawler room, within the nursery is also where nursing mothers will find a private space. We ask that only parents/guardians check-in and pick-up children and that parents do not remain in these rooms for the duration of the service. 
  • Checking in. . .
    Our new label process makes it easy to check your kids in and out. You'll complete a numbered label with information about you and your child to place on his/her back, one to place on belongings and the stub to take with you as a claim ticket.  Please bring this with you when you pick-up your child.  If you are needed during the service your child's number will be displayed in the sancutary.  A child will not be released to a parent/guardian without the claim ticket.      ID will be requested if ticket stub is misplaced.
  • When packing a diaper bag for your child, please include the following items:
  1. A few disposable diapers.
  2. Pacifier or other item, should your child need it for security.
  3. A complete change of clothes, "just in case."
  4. A bottle of milk, formula, juice or water.

Little Lambs :: Early Childhood for children 2 -- 5 years old

  • Expect a safe, welcoming environment with leaders excited to help your children grow God's way!
  • Little Lambs meets during both the 10:30am and 6:30pm services on Sundays. 
  •  Kids explore God’s Word while having fun with Bible stories, videos, memory verses, songs, play time, games, crafts and snack.
  • Checking in. . .
    You'll sign-in your child at the door, print your child's name on a label placed on their back and another on their belongings and take the number tag that matches your child's name on the sign-in sheet.  Please keep this tag on you at all times.  If you are needed that number will be displayed in the sancutary and serves as your claim ticket at pick-up.  We ask that only parents/guardians pick up their children from Little Lambs.  A child will not be released to a parent/guardian without the number tag.  ID will be requested if tag is misplaced. 
  • If your child is potty-training, please be sure note that on the sign-in sheet and bring a bag packed with another pair of training pants and a complete change of clothes, "just in case."

Kids Church :: Kids in Kindergarten -- 5th grade

  • Expect an interactive environment with leaders who walk with you as you grow God's way and learn to point others to the Son!
  • Kids Church meets Sunday Mornings during the 8:15 and 10:30am services in the chapel.
  • Kids Church is designed for kids to worship and learn about God, and have fun at the same time.  Our Kids program includes praise & worship, crazy games, Bible lesson, DVD/video pieces and group discussion time. You'll also see puppets, skits, crafts and other zany games from time to time!
  • Parents/guardians are asked to complete an information sheet for each visiting child.  Kids check themselves in at the table by the door and at pick-up children will be called to meet their parent/guardian or sibling over age 14 waiting oustide of the chapel doors.
